3. Licensing Agreement (The "Sounds")

All sounds, samples, presets, and project files available at abtsounds.com are licensed, not sold, to you.

  • Usage: You are granted a non-exclusive license to use these sounds in your own musical compositions.

  • Resale Prohibited: You are not allowed to re-sell, lease, or distribute any products bought from ABT Sounds.

  • Non-Transferable: Your license is for your use only. You are strictly prohibited from sending or sharing your downloaded products with any other person for any reason.

4. Refund Policy & Digital Downloads

Due to the nature of digital downloads, we offer refunds on a case-by-case basis. By completing a purchase, you agree that the issue of a refund is at the sole discretion of the ABT Sounds Staff and all decisions are final.

  • The "Access" Rule: If our system confirms that a product has been accessed or downloaded, it is no longer eligible for a refund.

  • Software Compatibility: It is your responsibility to ensure your system meets the requirements listed on the product page. We do not offer refunds if you purchase a product for a version you do not own (e.g., buying an Ableton 12 pack while running Ableton 10 or 11).

  • Technical Issues: Refunds or store credits are only issued if a product is proven to be technically defective and our support team cannot provide a fix.

5. Website Disclaimer & Liability

While we make every effort to ensure the website is available at all times, ABT SOUNDS LTDA takes no responsibility for, and will not be liable for, the website being temporarily unavailable due to technical issues beyond our control.
