Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital downloads, all purchases are generally final once the product has been accessed or downloaded.
ABT Sounds sells digital products, including sample packs, presets, DAW templates, song kits, stems, vocals, MIDI files, and other downloadable assets. These products are delivered digitally and may be made available immediately after payment confirmation.
Immediate Digital Access
By completing a purchase, you request immediate access to your digital products.
Once a digital product has been accessed or downloaded, refunds, cancellations, or withdrawal requests for change of mind are no longer available, unless required by applicable law.
For EU customers, by requesting immediate access to digital products, you understand that your 14-day withdrawal right will end once you access or download the product, where applicable by law.
Refund Eligibility
We are happy to review refund or store credit requests if:

The product is proven to be technically defective and our support team cannot provide a fix.

The product is materially different from the description on the product page.

The customer has not accessed or downloaded the product, and a refund or withdrawal right is required by applicable law.
If you experience any issue with a product, please contact us within 7 days of purchase so our team can help you as quickly as possible. This does not limit any mandatory consumer rights you may have under applicable law.
Non-Refundable Situations
ABT Sounds does not offer refunds or cancellations when:

You have accessed or downloaded the product.

You changed your mind after purchase.

You no longer need the product.

You found an alternative product.

You purchased the wrong product or edition.

You cannot use the product due to hardware, software, DAW, plugin, or system limitations.

You do not have the required knowledge or experience to use the product.

You are using cracked, illegal, outdated, or unsupported software.

You did not check the product description, compatibility information, or software requirements before purchasing.
Software Requirements and Compatibility
Each product page includes the required software, DAW versions, plugin versions, and other important compatibility information.
Customers are responsible for checking all product descriptions and software requirements before completing a purchase. ABT Sounds does not offer refunds for products that require specific software, DAWs, plugins, or technical knowledge when those requirements were clearly listed on the product page.
We do not guarantee compatibility with cracked, illegal, modified, outdated, or unsupported software.
EU Withdrawal Requests
EU customers may submit a withdrawal request through our withdrawal request form.
However, if the product has already been accessed or downloaded after the customer requested immediate digital access, the withdrawal right will no longer apply for that digital product, where permitted by law.
Submitting a withdrawal request does not automatically mean that a refund is approved. ABT Sounds will review the request based on the order status, download/access records, product type, and applicable law.
Defective or Misdescribed Products
If a product is defective, corrupted, unavailable, or materially different from the description on the product page, please contact us at support@abtsounds.com.
Our team may provide technical support, replacement files, store credit, or a refund where appropriate or required by law.
