Refund Policy

1. Digital Assets Policy

Due to the nature of digital downloads, all sales are generally final. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you receive immediate access to the product.

• Refunds are issued on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of ABT Sounds.

• Once a product has been accessed or downloaded, it is no longer eligible for a refund.

2. Software Requirements & Compatibility

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure their system meets the requirements listed on each product page.

• Precision: Each product page provides the precise software versions required (e.g., Ableton 12).

• No Downgrades: We cannot offer refunds or custom modifications if you purchase a product for a version you do not own (e.g., buying an Ableton 12 pack while running Ableton 10).

3. Eligibility for Refund

We will only consider a refund or store credit if:

• The product is proven to be technically defective and our support team cannot provide a fix.

• The product is materially different from the description on the store page.

4. Non-Refundable Scenarios

ABT Sounds does not offer refunds for:

• Change of mind: You no longer need the product or found an alternative.

• Compatibility errors: You cannot use the product due to hardware/software limitations or using cracked/illegal software.

• Lack of Knowledge: You do not have the technical "know-how" to use the product within your DAW.
