4. Try unzipping the files again.

We suggest using WinRAR Archiver for Windows users. Avoid double-clicking to unzip. Instead, follow these steps:

1. Right-click on the zip file.
2. Select "Open with WinRAR Archiver."
3. Click on "Extract To."
4. Choose your destination folder.
5. Click "OK."

For Mac OS users, we recommend using the native unzipper, or these free options:
